Housing Authority of the City of Sterling provides housing at three properties.
MacLaren House
Located at 435 MacGregor Road in Sterling Colorado. MacLaren House is a 3-story building consisting of 54 one-bedroom units for low-income, elderly and/or disabled.
MacGregor Hall
Located at 441 MacGregor Road in Sterling Colorado. MacGregor Hall is a 3-story building consisting of 60 one-bedroom units for low-income individuals.
MacGuffie Square
Located at 1200 North 5th Street in Sterling Colorado. MacGuffie Square consists of 40 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units, 5 three-bedroom units and 3 four-bedroom units.
